A: I first picked up a camera seriously shortly after college, and I fell in love with documenting moments and life's story as I practiced photographing my own family and friends. But it wasn't until I started having kids that I took it on as a career. So, we're talking 10+ years now as a profession. And, now I feel old. Haha!

A: My photography style is both photojournalistic and editorial.  I love capturing those candid, unexpected moments throughout the day as well as small mixture of posed images to create a more classic and timeless look.

A: Yes, always!  I'll be the lead photographer on the big day and will have a second photographer working alongside me to capture all the details.  I can't be two places at once which is why I love working with a second photographer who can help me document those special moments that occur when I'm busy capturing something else.  That way you essentially get a 360-degree view of your day!  I have a list of hand-picked, experienced, and trusted photographers I love to work with.

A: That totally depends on your needs. You can use the photos for your save-the-dates, invitations, website registries, guest books, framed prints for your guest table, bar, and your house... and of course Facebook & Instagram! Plus, it's a way for you to get a little practice in front of the camera before your big day and it gives us an opportunity to get to know each other. :) Personally, I highly recommend it. And heck, it's also a really great way to add to your experience as an engaged couple. Make the most of it! 

A: I use a Nikon D750, a variety of Nikon lenses, and a flash for during the reception.  I also have ample backup gear.  Everything is ready at all times throughout your wedding day so I never have to worry about switching memory cards or changing batteries. Every moment matters - and this is where the 10+ years of experience really kicks in.

A: Totally! But I want you feeling 1,000% comfortable and excited about the quality of your photographs before placing orders on those. That way, you only order exactly what you want, when you want, and when you know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine art heirloom albums. And all of this is done & ordered right through your online gallery! 

A: Yes, I do! Traditional payments are 50% due at the time of booking (within a week) and the final 50% is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. But, if you wanted to do the payment plan, I can stretch it into equal 1/3's or 1/4's if that works best for you. Just let me know what you prefer, and I will make it happen. It's that easy.

In the super unlikely event that I am too ill, injured, or there's some other emergency, I have a list of colleagues that I can call on to replace me and who have similar styles of photography & editing. That said, in the 10+ years I've been doing this gig, I have never even been 60 seconds late. You're in good hands. I promise.
